This instruction is written specifically for the teams that want to use only 1 paid account in Notion, leaving everyone else with the free option.

Otherwise, you have two options — to share a specific page with a team member or to give access to the whole space. The steps for that would be the same, the only difference is on which page you are performing the actions.

If you want to share a specific page, without access to any other page — please, perform the following steps on the desired page.

If you want to grant access to every page in the workspace - perform the following steps on the The Ultimate Space For Your Team page itself

1. Ask your teammates to create an account on Notion

2. Go to the page you want to share and click the “Share” button in the top right corner of the page

3. Type in your teammates’ emails that they register with on Notion into the “Add emails or people” window. Then hit Enter and make sure that they have “Can edit” access on the right side of their name

4. Hit the blue “Invite” button to send an invitation

5. Update the permission on the same “Share” window if needed
